台風にかかる週末に、502号室を利用しました。チェックイン時に操作方法が分からず困った際は、おそらく仲介業者さんと思われる問い合わせ電話先の方に、とても親切に教えて頂けた点は、感謝しております。 フロントが無くホテル自体にはスタッフさんがいないタイプの為、問い合わせがすぐに繋がって救われました。 ただ、夜９時過ぎ頃から、キッチン台上あたりの雨漏りが始まりました。 ポタポタと朝方までずっと雨音がしており、不安な夜でした。高い宿泊費を支払ったのに…とモヤモヤしながらの就寝でした。 雨漏り対策として、鍋一つ置くだけでは心配があった為、備え付けのゴミ箱を雨粒溜めに使わせてもらいました。 打ちっぱなしのようなコンクリート作りで今どきなのかおしゃれですが、雨漏りをしてしまうのは今後の宿泊者様が心配です。施設側に点検と修繕など改善を求めたいです。

部屋も広くてアメニティもあって、とても快適に過ごせました！ 無人チェックインが初めてで最初は戸惑いましたがなんとかできて良かったです！ 駅からは少し距離があったけど、また機会があれば利用したいです！
