Good location in central Shinjuku. Close to subway and short walk to train station. Big comfortable room with room for 6 people. Easy and quick to get in touch with hotell to arrange for extra cleaning etc. Great choice if you want something more private than ordinary hotel’s. Would stay with them again.

Great location - walking distance to the hub of Shinjuku. We did find the building noisy in terms of people above walking around their apartment. We have stayed as Illi TAS previously and preferred that room/layout.

Beautiful and spacious apartment near all the shopping and restaurants one can hope from Shinjuku. Subway station one block away. Very clean with great amenities. It was an excellent experience!

We had an issue with the AC during our trip but the staff was quick to resolve and offered to refund partial parts of the stay after confirming the issue. The AC was fixed quickly and they even bought water, snacks, a cooling towel, and an extra fan as an apology. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of space, laundry, and spacious shower. Check-in was great and only took a minute.

Our first hotel and visit to Japan, the Illi property was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family. We used the washer/dryer daily (which was HUGE for a family with small kids), and loved the kitchen amenities. The space was large and allowed our family to unwind after a long day of walking and exploring. Highly Recommend.

Absolutely fantastic stay - this location can’t be beat! Literally, steps from tons of shopping, great restaurants, a 7-Eleven around the corner, and just a 3-minute walk to Shinjuku-Sanchome Station. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and functional, with in-unit laundry. What truly made this stay exceptional was the management team and their communication. Digital check-in was a little confusing at first, but they responded right away and made everything seamless. They even went above and beyond when my husband accidentally left his computer behind after checkout — the staff found it and personally delivered it to my daughter’s nearby hotel! I can’t say enough great things about this property and the people who manage it. Their kindness and service were truly appreciated, and we will absolutely be staying here again on our next trip. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Absolutely loved this apartment hotel. We walked in and the room smelled so good. Great amount of space for my family of four especially considering the standard for the surrounding area. Super clean and within walking distance of the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku and Golden Gais. Close to subway station and 7/11 is 300 ft away. One issue is the bed is hard but overall would highly recommend 10/10 experience.

Not your traditional hotel, but this is a quality stay! It is not a suite, it’s a small apartment. They left laundry detergent, earplugs etc. It is self check in but they use that person at the desk savings to provide quality. It’s also at an amazing location. Walking distance to everything!

The location of this hotel is great. The room must be brand new because it was spotless. It's an automated hotel so checking is done through a kiosk on the outside of the hotel. It was super fast and extremely easy. The hotel sent multiple messages keeping us posted on check-in and check out procedures. If you stay here I recommend checking out a tiny piano bar around the corner called BarToilet. The cocktails were amazing and it's a really interesting little place. There are only about 10 seats but that's pretty typical for a lot of area bars. I would definitely stay here again for sure!

The room was clean, check in was seamless and the communication with staff was great. However, I feel I was misled for it was not quiet at all. There was construction work all three nights we were there at a neighbouring property that clearly had been going on a while and will continue to go on a while. We had sleepless nights as this construction work went on well past 11pm. There was also a strange scent when your heating was turned on.

Floor beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable as we are not used to sleeping on such hard surfaces. Room was very warm but because you sleep on the floor it gets really cold at night Very spacious room. Located on side street so generally quiet, but when someone races there it becomes extremely noisy. There is a massive green exit sign above the door that’s always on and it’s extremely bright plus there are some other annoying bright lights on the ceiling that can’t be turned off. If bathroom door is kept closed the bathroom becomes very cold as there is on heating in there. English instruction to the washing machine would be very helpful as 15 minute cold cycle (that what they want you to use) does nothing.

The location was perfect. The only cons were that the washer and dryer were a bit slow, they didn’t have a place to store luggage after checkout for guests with late flights, and the bed was a bit hard.
