The staff at Hyatt Regency Tokyo were warm and friendly, and the check-in process was efficient. The room is spacious and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of both Western and Japanese options. There is also a convenient store located in the basement just outside the building. Additionally, we took the Airport Limousine Bus directly from the hotel entrance to Narita International Airport, which was extremely convenient. If possible, it would be even better if the bus service could be extended until around 7–8 PM, making it even more convenient for travelers. Overall, we family had a very enjoyable and convenient stay.

Everything was incredible - room was beautiful, bath/shower amenities were beyond expected, hotel was just wonderful. Super convenient 7-11 just outside the hotel, and a train station below the hotel made any commute easy. Couldn't recommend this place more highly.
