Amazing stay with an incredible staff. They spoke great English and were very friendly. We loved the look and feel of the room. They were very responsive to any needs or requests we had. It was great for staying for our honeymoon.

It is very close and convenient to lots of things: trains, convenience stores, the craziness of Shinjuku but it's just enough steps away from it to feel quiet. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful as well.

Convenient location, clean small rooms, friendly staff. No special amenities and the area surrounding has a lot of gentlemen’s clubs, but it’s not overtly obnoxious and still feels safe. Great, friendly staff.

The room was very small even considering that most hotel rooms in Japan are small by western standards. Not having even a basic breakfast dining facility was also inconvenient. The staff were nice and helpful.

The staff spoke English and when I asked if we could do a late check out the staff immediately said yes and gave us the cost (which matched the website FAQ) which we paid on departure. There are plenty of konbinis around and if you like Korean food this is the area for you.
