The property was okay. My biggest complaint was the bathroom was not clean and not well kept. There was a yellow stain on the bath tub wall. There was rusting or white residue on the pipes next to the sink which had paint scratched off. The staff were great and they had a good selection of toiletries.

Staff was helpful and nice. Everything was clean as it normally is in Japan. Air conditioning worked fine. A bit tight on size but that's pretty normal in downtown Tokyo especially. Unfortunately no smoking area there but not a big deal to find an area outside.

Our room was small but perfectly formed and very clean. The hotel does not have dining facilities, and offers basic breakfasts. This did not bother at all, its a very nice hotel, the staff are very helpful and easy going. It is situated not far from Tokyo Station and three or four subway station which makes travelling around the city very easy and quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
