This hotel is in a great location, with many stores and restaurants nearby, and Asakusa within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I also loved the thoughtful details, like complimentary coffee and water available in the lobby, as well as free umbrellas at the entrance during the rainy season — such a nice touch for travelers. The only downside is that the room is very small, but overall it was still a comfortable and convenient stay.

Hotel Tavinos was surprisingly a great, comfortable and convenient hotel in Asakusa. Stayed for over two weeks and staff was friendly and personable and super helpful. Was very convenient to the Senso-Ji and Nakamise Street markets and restaurants. Accessibility to train stations was only a 10-15 minutes walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Close to everything in Asakusa. Room was clean and well appointed. Big bed and big shower (a rarity in Tokyo). Free (great tasting) freshly ground coffee available was a great touch, as was the pastries for breakfast. Luggage storage and laundry machines were available and worked perfectly.
