The amenities were awesome.  They had sunscreen, face wash, face masks, toothbrush/tooth paste, hair brush, Q tips, hair ties and a few others at the lobby.  Take what you need.  If you don’t request to have your room clean, it was mandatory that it is cleaned in the fourth day of your stay.  The breakfast buffet was delicious.  I really enjoyed the rice, beef curry, some Japanese dishes, croissants, bread, tea, coffee and fruits.  I had it for five days and did not get tired of it.  The staff at the hotel were all very nice, friendly and accommodating.  Hotel lobby, room and restaurant were all clean.  We would stay here again if we are in Tokyo.

Great hotel! All the amenities you will need. Check in was seemless and efficient. They even partner with a luggage transfer service (tags included in the room) which was soooo easy to use when I wanted to transfer my big suitcases to rhe airport. Also literally 20 feet away from.the nearest station. My only complaint is the area. The street nearby the hotel is very busy at night, with ambulances and police sirens aleays blaring at 2am in the morning. I think my sleep was interrupted every night because my room was facing the street, and the noise woke me up. If it wasn't for this, Id rate it 5 stars. But beware if you're a light sleeper.

Das Hotel hatte eine gute Lage, alles was man braucht war von dort aus gut zu erreichen. Die Decke hätte man eventuell mal austauschen sollen, denn diese war so vergilbt durch schweiß etc. war nicht schön zu sehen, auch wenn natürlich regelmäßig frischer Bezug drüber gezogen wurde. Im Kern war die Decke aber einfach nicht hygienisch. Ansonsten gab es Automaten auf fast jeder Etage wo man sich Cola, Wasser, Tee und Alkohol kaufen könnte + eine Maschine für Eiswürfel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer hatte zwar einen TV, dieser war jedoch kein Smart TV, daher könnte man nur paar lokale Programme schauen, eine Option für andere Sender oder internationale Sender haben wir nicht finden können. In der Lobby gibt es einen gekennzeichneten Raucherraum, was für meinen Kollegen sehr gut war. Aufgrund der Lage waren aber ständig Sirenen zu hören, was für Leute als störend empfunden werden kann uns hat es weniger gestört, da wir meistens unterwegs waren.

Goede locatie naast het metrostation waar je 2 lijnen hebt ( E en F). Veel restaurants en supermarkten in de buurt. Kwartiertje lopen naar Shinjuku (Godzilla)? Groot hotel met vending machines en 2 wasmachines en 2 drogers die 's avonds wel vaak bezet zijn, dus je moet goed timen. Kamers zijn zoals overal in Japan wat klein, maar prima!

I LOVED STAYING HERE. the location is everything! you are close to two 7/11's, FamilyMart, Lawson, and a 24/7 diner, all within minutes of walking. In addition, the Higashi-Shinjuku station entry is literally next door and so convenient to access. The room itself is a great size for Japan standards *(rooms are generally much smaller in general), clean, maintained well and the bathroom is fantastic! The water pressure is the best I've ever experienced and that includes 5-star hotels and resorts. I also love the toiletry desk that is setup and the comfy PJ sets that are available on each floor for guests to use. The staff are wonderful and even arranged a taxi pickup for me on the day I left for the airport. Overall, I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
