The hotel is good. perfect location closed to everything. The downside is that there is no place in the lobby or the building to hang out and enjoy a few hours if you didn’t want to get out because of the rain. You have to stay in the room sitting on the bed playing with your phone. That was my family issue. I do recommend this hotel.

The location was in the perfect place. It was nice and quiet but you can go a few blocks down and get into the hustle and bustle. Staff were very nice and friendly. Room was spacious and very comfortable. I do suggest to pay a little extra for the “superior” room. It definitely makes a difference especially when you have to pack. Ginza is known for shopping so be prepared to shop until you drop. I recommend this place and will be staying here again.
