Our room was large and comfortable and the public sitting area was very welcoming. The best thing for us was the friendly personnel of the hotel, and in particular Vivi, who looked after us as though we were family. The hotel is really well situated for visiting the city, and is in a friendly old area, not the rather soulless tall buildings of modern Beijing. Definitely recommended.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Rose Garden in Shinjuku. The hotel was literally 1 minute from the metro station which was perfect. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and the staff were very helpful.
