A lovely place to stay for our family of four for about a week. Quite snug rooms, but well arranged and comfortable. They provide tons of fun amenities like bath salts, hair oil, and skin care samples— my tween girls loved it. The staff helped me forward our luggage to Kyoto and was very kind, welcoming, and considerate. Overall, a great stay for an even better value!
