The staff here are very helpful and nice. The complimentary items in the lobby were great. Having a yakitori restaurant right at the bottom of the hotel was also great. The AC/heater and vents worked well. The complimentary slippers didn’t quite fit me, and I had to hang some of my clothes by the vents to completely dry them after the laundry machine, but overall it was a great experience and convenient location. I would definitely consider staying again.

Nice room but small, like all hotels in Japan. Amenities excellent, you can find extra stuff in the hallway in front of elevators, very good idea to reduce waste. We enjoyed our stay here. We were traveling as a family of 4, and so being able to get a set of two rooms that were connected was great. What a lovely hotel- I was staying whilst working in Tokyo. The rooms are small but have everything you need. There are only 16 rooms each floor and eight floors so it’s pretty quiet! The staff are lovely and extremely helpful!
