Beautiful hotel and amazing Japanese Garden! Sky View restaurant was an excellent! Unfortunately, we were ignored at the Satsuki restaurant and felt unwelcome! Needed to ask to be served and it felt no one wanted to provide normal service! The food came out in the wrong order and my wife was served 10 minutes before my meal! The wage burger was over cooked! Again, could not get anyone to address! Response was sorry!
