The lodging facility was wonderful. It was safe, clean, and provided friendly service. The location is great, with only a five (5) minute walk to train stations. I would stay here again!

The Japanese garden alone is enough to stay at the New Otani. The facilities are somewhat dated but still very appropriate for the price.

Very high class hotel

The service was top notch and we felt like royalty. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and of high quality. Really enjoyed this part of town and it was REALLY easy to get anywhere else in Tokyo quickly.
