Lovely hotel and gardens with waterfall. Room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast buffet was good quality and offered enough variety. The hotel is a short walk to the Alaska-Mitsuke subway station and entertainment district.

Excellent hotel in stuningly beautiful grounds with very attentive staff. A magnificent array of dining options, but beware that a lot of them are very expensive.

A very nice hotel with amenities catering to western influences. On-site amenities are great and plentiful. A wonderful garden on grounds is a must see for all guests

I loved the retro feel, and I loved the gardens. Also, having a small market and restaurants on the property was really convenient. Lastly, being able to take an airport bus to Narita from the hotel was a huge plus!
