Everyone at the hotel provided excellent service. We were welcomed with hand made candies and ample supply of water. We really enjoyed the early morning Nespresso. The hotel is super clean even for Japanese standards of cleanliness. The breakfast buffet could probably still use more food items; but the staff were amazing! The hotel definitely surpassed our expectations.

There’s no one good thing to say about this hotel. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. The staff were amazing, the grounds were pristine. They gave us pajamas and a kimono in our rooms and the rooms were pretty spacious. If you’re considering staying here you won’t be disappointed.

The hotel is building is nice with a beautiful outside garden. The rooms are clean and a good size, with great staff all around the large hotel. The service from the hotel staff is excellent, first class! Great breakfast options from various restaurants and room service. The same can also be said for lunch and dinner. The location also allows for easy travel in and out of Tokyo. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful property! Just what we needed after 8 days traveling and our last night in Tokyo! Relaxing, extremely attentive staff. We asked for once and they brought it to our room in 2 minutes. I barely hung up the phone and it was at our door. The Japanese garden was lovely for a quiet stroll and the king bed was so comfortable. I highly recommend!
