very comfortable, Hotel. this is an older traditional style building that has been completely renovated very nicely. The staff are extremely helpful and the rooms, being an older star building, are much larger than most hotels in Tokyo. my room was extremely comfortable, well appointed and most importantly, quiet. The hotel is in a side street behind the main avenues of Ginza area so even during the day the area is quiet but the main shopping areas and department stores are within 10 minutes walk.. altogether, I really nice comfortable Hotel.

There wasn’t much air movement in the room and there was no option to open a window. Very disappointed that hotel staff do not provide support with booking restaurant reservations. We could hear people coughing in adjacent rooms.

We booked this hotel after having a terrible experience with another. The hotel is in a very nice location close to train station. It is a boutique hotel so it has kind of the old world vintage charm. The rooms are clean, wooden floor which is great and simply decorated. The main lobby could do with a little makeover but whatever it lacks for is made up for with exceptional service and cleanliness. We received a very warm welcome by the staff and everyone was so professional and highly accommodating that the bitter experience that we had was soon forgotten. The 2 front desk staff in the evening (especially Golu) went out of the way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Hands down one of the best staff we have seen. They can be counted on to address anything without hesitation which for most other hotel staff would have been a task. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

快適な宿泊をご提供いただきありがとうございました。 出張利用で食事は摂りませんでした。 チェックイン時にシングルからツインの広い部屋にアップグレードしていただき嬉しかったです。 全体的な印象は清潔で整っており、満足度の高い宿泊でした。 ▼BAD POINT ①ハンガーのネック（金属部）がひしゃげており、若干使いにくかった。 ②便器からアンモニア臭が漂ってくることがあり、洗面利用時に時おり不快だった。 ③Wifiの速度が遅いせいか、動画が頻繁に止まった（強く改善を要望）Zoomは低画質だがOK。 ④エアコンの冷暖房切替が部屋でできない（2025.10下旬で寒かったが暖房選択できず） ▼GOOD POINT ①清潔で整っている。 ②体重計がある（体組成計ならなお良し） ③ドライヤーがRifaで低温速乾が嬉しい。 ④ベッドマットがすごく快適。 ⑤掛け布団が軽く、ものすごく快適。 ⑥使わなかったがポーション式の給茶機が部屋に設置（次回は飲みたい） 年間40-50泊程度の出張族の比較論ですが、結論としてはオススメ出来ます。 その時の価格設定によりますがリピートします。近隣ホテルが多少の価格差であっても選択します。
