This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel. We love the location, the convenience of hotel amenities, and the comfort of our room. It is always clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and responsive. Would definitely come back for a 4th time!

Centrally located big size rooms and very clean property. The breakfast is really amazing with a lot of options for continental and traditional Japanese cuisine.

The breakfast buffet is wonderful! It has a Japanese section which is a great way to get an introduction to this cuisine and also a more European breakfast section. I like the way that that shows the attention even to the smallest details. The view from the 27th floor is also very nice. The staff is very friendly and the service impeccable.

Great location at Tokyo Station with all train services and mall with many restaurants. Staff are really nice and helpful. Breakfast is both Japanese and Western. Great aircon, nice toiletries. Rooms are a little dated in their styling but location great and beds very comfortable. Amazing train set in the lobby as well which is a model of the city which is pretty incredible!

Great hotel! Great location right across the street from the Tokyo station train. Absolutely delicious breakfast and reasonably priced. Beautiful views.
