Excellent hotel right above major train station to get pretty much anywhere in the city. New rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of things to walk to nearby. The rooftop bar is incredible and must stop. In house restaurant was good also. Highly recommend staying here. Was reasonable price as well.

This fantastic spot is conveniently located right on top of the JR line station, just a short bus ride away from Haneda airport. While the JR station can get quite crowded during rush hour, that’s just part of what makes Tokyo such an exciting city! The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with ample space to unpack without needing to use the bed.

I stayed for one night in early July. It was such a great experience that I booked a room with a view of the train tracks for a return visit in mid-July. The breakfast buffet didn't quite live up to my expectations, so I skipped it the second time around; however, the convenience of having numerous restaurants at "Ohimachi Trucks" made up for it. While the staff were incredibly kind during my first stay, the atmosphere felt a bit more tense during the second stay —likely due to the ease of external access to the building. I would certainly stay here again when I return to Japan.

This was probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The location is tremendously convenient - right on top of the train station! The restaurants and shops (and spa!) in the lower levels are fantastic as well. As an architect, I absolutely love the design of the building and the interior design of the room and lobby. The amenities are great, including the shower room. I definitely plan on coming back to this hotel when I return to Tokyo!

We stayed for four nights, The room was spacious Excellent location, wonderful stay and top-class service. I would like to thank all staff for their politeness and professionalism. Thank to housekeeping team for keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Rooms were almost soundproof from outside noise. There is laundry machines and vending machines and a gym. Lobby area is big and nice they serve free welcome drinks for the guests in afternoon. The hotel has an incredible connection to the train network just downstairs plus restaurants, cafe, izakaya, some supermarkets and departmental stores., and lots of stores to shop all this just downstairs. You need at least few days just to explore nearby stores and facilities In our next trip we will definitely consider staying at this hotel again!

Brand new hotel that opened on March 28th. Very long, open lobby floor. Comfortable room. Room was always kept clean everyday. Staff was helpful. Received a welcome drink. Location is close to the station, although it can be easily missed. Overall, it was a nice stay.

It’s a nice hotel, with a nice view. It’s in a cool location with really nice shops and convenient if you take the train. The only issue is that it’s kind of out the way. Uber/Taxi will drop you off across the street and you have to walk thru the train station, go up some escalators to get to the hotel.

This is a new hotel that has only been open a few weeks, so everything is new clean and fresh. It is located above Oimachi Station with a few train lines to choose from. The hotel room itself is a decent size for Japan standards and with my husband being so tall we needed a king size bed. There were shops all around the station and the hotel itself had a roof top bar, with great views. There was an ice machine/microwave and vending machine on our floor. Overall a great hotel that has a decent sized room with an amazing shower.

Pros: Loved the location. Right above the train station and surrounded by awesome cafes/restaurants/711. It's also walking distance to a large mall, Lawson's and other little eateries. There is also a cinema if you have kids. The Airport Limosine Bus from Haneda airport, stopped right outside Oimachi station and that was quite convenient. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, provided free drinking water bottles daily, fresh towels daily and useful toiletries. There was also a daily happy hour from 3pm-8pm for mocktails and amazing coffee. I definitely loved this. The area was very safe, even if you are a solo traveler and reception is open 24/7. Check-in and check-out process was seemless. Cons: We stayed here for 5 nights and my biggest con was the bathroom sink being inside the room. It made getting dressed extremely impossible, where one person had to leave the room for another to get dressed. Self-serve laundry in the hotel was always hard to Access and the cycle runs for at least 1.5 hrs. If winter clothing, you'll need about 4 hours. There is no iron or coffee/tea making facility in the room. There is a microwave, vending machine and ice machine though in the public areas.
