We stayed 9 nights and were very pleased with the accommodation. The rooms were small as expected but the view (sky tree view) made up this this. Too busy looking out the window to feel like the room was too small. Great area, close to trains and places to eat. Museums in walking distance. Would stay here again!

The view from all of the rooms is amazing! Since the lowest floor is 21, you can see the whole city with Tokyo Tower right in the middle. Very close to the trains and the market with lots of food and shopping. Staff was great and the rooms were fairly spacious.

Great hotel, be careful when booking, I chose a smoking room unaware of that (my mistake) The front desk staff found me an upgrade and it was very good, Washer and dryer in the room, so convenient. I highly recommend it kudos to the staff for being incredibly helpful and friendly

The hotel rooms are situated from 20th floor onwards. Making it one of the tallest building in the area with unblock view. You can enjoy scenic city view from your room or from the breakfast dining area. The breakfast is good, serving a good mixture of Japanese and western food.

People were really nice and accommodating. Bed was a little hard for us being from the US, but that’s pretty standard when outside the country, so nothing bad against them. They provided many supplies if needed like toothbrushes, razors, hygiene supplies, shower supplies, etc. great location for just walking outside and finding shopping, food, transit nearby. Would stay again.

A hotel in a handy location near Ueno station. Walking distance to many tourist attractions, dining options, etc. Helpful staff. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. A decent 3-star hotel to stay for a night or two but perhaps no more. The room was reasonably clean but had a candy wrapper under the desk. The single mattress was bigger than the base so slipped off unless positioned carefully. Mattress was a bit old and on the firm side. The air conditioning unit got the job done but was quite noisy. This hotel is suited for people on a business trip staying for a short time but probably not for a couple or family.
