The hotel was very nice and clean. The people working are extremely helpful and friendly. Within walking distance to the fish market, Don Quixote, Ichiran, and so many other places to eat! Everything was lovely! Highly recommend Hotel Keihan Asakusa!! Arigatou gozaimasu!

We had a really comfortable stay at Hotel Keihan. The room was really clean and tidy. It's also really well located, easily accessible by public transit and within walking distance of lots of restaurant options and Senso-Ji Temple.

I have no complaints about the property itself. It was very clean. Easy to check in. Professional staff with good English speaking skills. The only problem was the loud tourists in the halls. They had absolutely no respect, shouting down the hallways amongst their family group and slamming doors over and over. No Japanese person would act this way, so it was clearly a tourist family. But Asakusa is a tourist area, so, prepare accordingly.

Everything was good except when I try to make an early check in they didn’t managed well the situation. They try to make me pay for an upgrade to give me a room in advance and also de 4100 yens but I said no to paying and upgrade and at last when Ibeas leaving, they accept to give me the room I reserved paying only the 4100 yens for 4 hours before check in
