Breakfast, lunch and dinner available, and many restaurants and markets within walking distance. Sometimes had to wait for the elevator, but not often. No onsen, buy at least 2 nearby, go with the another hotel's onsen, local ones are grody and weird. Many amenities available from the front desk, I recommend the ice pack for sore walking muscles. Also able to loan an iron, pants press, ice bucket, etc. I have misophonia, so any noise bothers me, like the room's very efficient air conditioning creates a low frequency hum, so my noise cancelling head phones came in handy. And best of all, its on a river, great view and walking path.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel JAL City Tokyo and would definitely stay here again. The location is fantastic. The hotel is situated between two train stations, both about a block away, making transportation extremely convenient. There is also a convenience store right inside the hotel, which was perfect for grabbing snacks and drinks before bed. The staff were helpful and happy to arrange taxis whenever needed, making travel around the city very easy. My only minor complaints were that breakfast is not offered as a prepaid daily buffet package like many hotels I stay at, and I was surprised that a one hour late checkout came with a 3,000 yen fee (about $21 USD). As someone who travels frequently, that was a first for me. Overall, these were small issues compared to an otherwise excellent stay. I would happily book this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Stayed to be close to Exhibition Hall. There is not much else in the area. Hotel seemed to be designed for many tour groups. Breakfast offering was adequate but line ups usually with only one coffee machine. Would not choose this location again. Desk staff were friendly and excellent.
