We received the best care by IHG Tokyo Shibuya. They gave some great recommendations, staff were lovely. Breakfast was amazing and for 2 weeks we safely called this place our home. We're now already preparing a 2nd trip and will defiantly be staying with them again. I don't ever write reviews but these guys really outdid themselves. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This was a great location, right in the heart of the action in Shibuya. Not a luxury property by any means, but very nice and clean. Has a great bar on the 11th floor overlooking the scramble which was great. The staff are fantastic especially the concierge (so upset that I didn't write down his name). He went above and beyond, gave us great restaurant recommendations, was helpful with luggage and taxis.....he was amazing!!!! Great short stay.

Absolutely loved my stay here for a week in January. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, did everything to ensure we had a great experience. Room was small but clean, functional and loved the toilet. It's also in the perfect area for tourists visiting, maybe 3 min walk from the subway and right next to the called Shibuya Crossing.
