Perfect hotel to stay in a great location right in the centre of Shibuya. The restaurant and bar are lovely and rooms nice too. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s our second stay at this hotel & I’d stay again. It is worth upgrading from the standard room if you can for the extra space.

The hotel overall was great! … wonderful views of the city. Friendly staff, accessible amenities like the restaurant, rooftop terrace and all of the staff there were wonderful as well … I really enjoyed everyone. The location was right in the action of the Shibuya area. You could get there by the Main Street access or the alley access which had a great look and feel of the vibrant community. This is an observation not necessarily a complaint… I was there with family members that were on different floors, but because your room and elevator access card is exclusive to your floor only(!) … it made it somewhat more difficult to meet up in each others rooms. Overall i enjoyed my stay!

Absolutely perfect stay in the heart of Shibuya! My sister visits Tokyo every three months and always stays here. After a full week at Hotel Indigo Shibuya, I completely see why. * Perfect Location: Right in the center of everything, making exploring incredibly convenient. * Amazing Food: Tons of great restaurants nearby and great coffee shops downstairs. * Top-Notch Service: The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. This is officially my go-to spot for Tokyo. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing property. It’s centrally located in Shibuya, close to the Shibuya crossing, Shibuya station, and lots of shopping and restaurants. The hotel was so clean and smelled amazing. The staff were helpful and very friendly! I would definitely stay here again!
