The reception and the cleaners are very nice and helpful, the room is quiet, but the bed sink quite a bit… room is big enough. Only one thing, I forgot my travel pillow in the bed when I leave Japan, and my brother called to ask if they found it, and they said they didn’t… which is awkward… cause I really forgot the pillow in the bed….
