This hotel embodied Japanese hospitality to a tee. The staff are just wonderful, I wish we could take them home!! Room was very comfortable- best beds we’ve slept on the entire trip. We had an earthquake during our stay and the staff were professional and very well rehearsed. Buffet breakfast was good too. Can’t recommend high enough!

The hotel was located in a great area, felt a bit like Time Square in New York, great atmosphere, staff were excellent in customer service and nothing was too much to ask. My only feed back for the hotel was there was no drawers to put underwear , socks etc when you were staying a few days. I would certainly stay there again

The room is small, but functional. Convenient location to many shops and stores. Starbucks is right below the hotel. The view from the hotel is excellent. Very nice hotel in a great location. The views are awesome and the drinks at the bar are delicious. Staff is super helpful. Although it takes about 3 hours to wash and dry a load of laundry, having this amenity available is a huge help.
