We loved our stay at the Grand Bach. The area is so nice and very convenient for getting around Tokyo on the trains. The rooms were quiet and large. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The amenities were great and it was a great location. We had an unfortunate mishap where my son‘s got passport got left behind at the hotel and a very kind gentleman that worked at the hotel took a train and brought it to the airport to us so we could make our flight. Truly, the staff went above and beyond helping us so we could make our flight. We are so thankful for the staff who helped us !
