Great location! This hotel was one of my favorites overall. It was conveniently close to great restaurants, shops, bars, 7-11, transportation, and everything I needed. Despite the rooms being a bit small they honestly had everything you need. The hotel also offered great breakfast for guests, loved it.

This was my first time in Tokyo. This hotel was in a good location to get around the city easily, as the Ginza and Chiyoda lines were just around the corner. Getting to and from the main touristy parts of the city was easy. Several convenience stores a short walk away.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean, and they provide free water bottles and other amenities at the front, to take when you need. The area is amazing too, if you don't want to stay around busy streets with lots of traffic. Quiet area, but it is very walkable to Rappongi or Akasaka areas for restaurants and nightlife.

I usually use this hotel which exactly I needed. I stayed with my baby and my husband was different room. I am Japanese and only my husband got breakfast because he is foreigner. I wish I had service too.

Quiet location tucked away into a residential area. About a 10 minute walk away from the nearest metro station, something to note as it will add 20 minutes to your commute time/being on your feet. The staff were excellent, very helpful, professional and friendly. Loved the restaurant which is humble looking but served delicious food! I had dinner and breakfast there. The breakfast was awesome and included a pretty wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes. Overall very pleasant stay and a bit less expensive than other hotels nearby!

Great amenities and staff. They have luggage delivery service to the airport. The breakfast was amazing! My only feedback was the room was previously a smoking room so it had a smell. The washroom was also quite small.
