Great location, close to train station with lots of restaurants near by. Staffs were friendly and efficient. We have some issues regarding luggage storage, staff (Tak Ming) was helpful to accommodate our needs. We enjoy our stay.

Great spot to crash in Tokyo on the first night. Small room but very clean and the staff was great! If you need a spot near Ueno Station this just a couple blocks away after you come up onto the street and there are lots of good little places to eat all around.

We absolutely loved staying at Hop Inn. It was so cozy and quaint, the staff were so friendly and kind, and I loved all the amenities down in the lobby. It was also super close to train stations and super convenient but also nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again!
