Compared to western hotels, the room was small but clean with nice amenities - there was a foot/leg massage in the room and toiletries. Breakfast was buffet - style. The hotel also offered free shuttle service to the Maihama subway stop - VERY convenient.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was looking for something close to Disney & this was perfect. They had a shuttle to take you to the nearby station & could hop on the monorail smoothly from there. The actual hotel room was nice & clean as well. Wish I could have stayed longer!

The staff were really nice, and the hotel was very clean despite being an older property. The free drinks and Dashi Chazuke were excellent perks! The complimentary Disney/Maihama Station shuttle was very convenient, even though it only runs every half hour. Note: there are only three laundry machines, so it’s often full and you have to wait a long time to use it.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel which was clean, beds were comfy and staff was nice and helpful. They have nice little attention to details like complimentary rice soup at night, little gifts at checkin, and u can also change pillow for a softer or harder one. There's also shuttle to the Mahaima station for Disney. Would recommend especially if you plan on going to Disney.

Highly recommended! From arrival to departure staff was accommodating and courteous. Hotel manager was awesome! Helped us everyday with taxi, directions and bus transportation. Provided umbrellas for our whole party of 7 and upon departure provided us with boxes and tape to ship our items we wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the very best hotel experiences we ever have. The staffs were super friendly, they have plenty of other amenities (like complimentary soda bar, free coffee in the morning, free shuttle to Maihama train station) and their breakfast buffet was the BEST! Very much affordable and great place to stay if you are planning to visit Tokyo Disney.

The room was great, it was not a big room but was so well appointed. The room had lovely soaps, lotions, shampoo and conditioner but it also had a foot massager, a shoe dryer, a curling iron and a kettle and fridge. The staff were lovey and accommodating and the breakfast everyday was excellent.

It was an amazing experience. The amenities were fabulous, a unique experience compare to USA. Loved the pajamas, the slippers, the lotion. It was just amazing. Every day from certain time you can get 2 items in the front. I always got the feet patches and face mask. The food from restaurant was delicious. Good laundry accommodation.

Stayed four nights in Easter. A very nice and clean hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. We love the breakfast and late night snack - Ochazuke. Even we had a big meal just before coming back to the hotel, my kids love to enjoy a small bowl there. The bathroom products and the face mask available near the front desk are all made in Japan and in very good quality. We will definitely stay here again when we visit next time.

This hotel is conveniently located for Tokyo Disney, with a free shuttle service to the parks. The rooms are wonderful with great bedding and amenities. The staff are helpful and friendly, good breakfast buffet and perks such as free gifts (face masks, bath soaks etc) to relax after a busy day. Our room had a foot massage machine in which was very much appreciated after a day at the disney parks. Would 100% stay at this hotel again and recommend.
