Lots of things made it an excellent stay - the hotels location, the size of the room and amazing professional staff including Waly Chacon, who made my family feel important and not just a room stay in a 800+ room hotel. He was attentive and offered to help with anything to make our stay extra special. The great quality of Waly is that he was open to any constructive feedback on an even better stay. Fantastic hotel with the most attentive staff. Not cheap but for a Tokyo hotel to have so much space in your room isn’t easy to find as they specialise in small rooms. Food was great and the bars were superb with a great cocktail choice and some good drama.

Stayed 6 nights at the start of Feb and had a great stay. Arrived early on a snowing morning and reception found a room for us before standard check in time, which was a great help after 13 hour flight. The King Premium room was excellent, clean and spacious for 2 people with all the facilities we required. The breakfast (included in price) was the perfect way to start the day with the egg-station being a favourite. The hotel location suited us really well with Nishi-Shinjuku station a short walk away via the underground shopping centre and Shinjuku station about 10 mins walk away. All the staff were courteous and cheerful and helped make our stay very enjoyable. We will certainly look to stay here again on future trips to Tokyo.
