This newer hotel was perfect for our family of 4! The room was spacious and clean and the bunk beds were a huge hit with our daughters (ages 8 and 12). Location was good with lots of food and shopping nearby and close to Okachimachi station for easy metro access. It was also very reasonably priced compared to other, smaller hotels we stayed at in the vicinity. Would highly recommend!

Very helpful and friendly staff. The front desk employee Diana stood out, as she is very helpful, multilingual, and smart. If &Here was my company, I would promote her to a managerial or executive position. She would excel. The Onsen is clean and lovely, and a highlight of the hotel. Wha a beautiful hotel!! We stayed in a deluxe family room and it was very roomy and beautifully designed! Location was super convenient from train station (arriving from Narita airport and departing JR train the next day). Wish we had longer at this hotel! It was a spacious hotel considering for Tokyo. Really enjoyed the amenities they provided. The laundry was helpful near by. But the dryer was not the greatest. The location is close to many convenience stores and metro lines and the zoo and park. However, the back of the hotel is along the entertainment district so it felt a little uneasy walking by with kids at 8-9pm. Daytime was fine.

Great location across from Ueno Park. Close to several stations, 7/11s, Lawsons and also 3 Supermarkets all within a 1km radius. Room was definitely sufficient for 4 with 2 futon and 2 western beds. Still had space for a lounge area and breakfast area. Great fridge space though cooking utensils were a little missing.
