This was the perfect accommodation for our time in Tokyo. Close enough to the action of Shinjuku without being too busy. The hotel was comfortable and the staff was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Super modern, clean, great quiet location 5-10 mins walk to various Shinjuku Stations, very friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms, rooftop outdoor lounge area with free tea & coffee and reasonably priced drinks and snacks to enjoy the Tokyo view. Room has washer/dryer and kitchenette making it super handy, especially for families.

We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay, which entirely exceeded our expectations. The room and facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Cute hotel a 10 walk to bus, train stations and main streets of Shinjuku for food, entertainment, shopping etc. We like that there are Family Marts and vending machines downstairs for snacks. The staff were all very nice and helpful!

The roof top terrace is a great place to start and end the day after a long day of sightseeing it’s the perfect spot to sit and unwind. The room sizes were fantastic had plenty of space, and the PJs were quite comfortable. There is also an M line stop at the end of the block which makes a great jumping off point for daily adventures.

Great location in Shinjuku and easy access to surrounding areas. Relatively close to Shinjuku station and not a far walk. Laundry is in the unit and the staff changes out towels and makes the beds every day. They also provide extra detergent pods if you run low. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was a great apartment hotel. Wonderful location, quiet, friendly staff and loved that we had a kitchenette & washer dryer. We were also there when the earthquake hit at 2am and we felt very safe and staff did a great job at communicating and keeping us informed. I’d definitely stay there again. Thank you for having us!

Great location, sizeable room , fantastic washer dryer in room super useful, quiet and safe, very friendly staff. Only down side was a super hard bed and pillows, however after asking for some mattress padding and different pillows all was sorted .

Convenient location in shinjuku - 3 min walk from 3 train stations & easy access to shinjuku , shibuya, harajuku. Balcony was a nice touch , so was the rooftop communal space. Free coffee drinks & tea & self serve essential toiletries (razors, toothbrush, mouthwash, hair an accessories, moisturizing products, etc…). Check in / check out was easy & staff were very accommodating & helpful.
