This hotel is chefs kiss if you prefer a more quiet area. The interior is spacious and there are more than adequate amenities. Only thing is that the washroom is a bit small.

Hotel staff are exceptional. Space is clean and exactly as depicted, they are very eco friendly and the shared spaces are a nice touch. Location is a bit far from local train stations, the dryer may need replacement as it took several cycles to dry clothes.

Our stay at the hotel was great. The floor we were on only had our room on it. Our room was large, clean with plenty of space for our guest of 5. The front desk reps were amazing! I cant explain how wonderful they all are but they definitely went over and beyond for my family. Thank you for a great stay.

Surprisingly spacious with all the amenities I could ask for at a very reasonable price. Only minor nitpick is that there was some noise from the street at night - but that's the price of being in a convenient location.

Great hotel in Asakusa

The hotel staff Go and Naiame made our stay wonderful. They were so helpful and put our concerns at ease about getting around Tokyo. The rooms were comfortable and clean and felt like home away from home. We would definitely stay at Hotel Tomos again.

Great stay

The room was small, but manageable. The hotel was in an excellent area with easy access to the metro and for shopping. The employees were so kind and helpful. We loved the rooftop area for relaxing. The view was great. I would definitely recommend.

Everything in Hotel Tomos Asakusa were great from the hotel, staff, amenities, location, accessibility, toiletries and receeation facilities (lodge and rooftop). The staff were very professional, friendly, kind, courteous, attentive to guests needs and very helpful. The Manager Mr Go was able to arranged our luggage transport even after office hours that made it easier for us to ride the train with minimal luggages and even provided us with elevator access. The staff: Mimi and Marta help with my questions and did a great job helping out what’s the best options for us to travel to Narita. Nanami was so helpful in guiding us with the coin laundry operations. I would like to commend them ALL as they provided services par excellence and good work ethics. Keep up the good work and All the best!! 👏👍 Thank you! Am so grateful for team Tomos!❤️
