The staff were great very polite, rooms are clean and spacious. They do also clean every other day for people staying multiple nights. Not too far from the Kinshichō station about a 10-15 min walk. Would stay again :)

I stayed here for around three weeks and it was a great location to use as a base. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful even if we struggled to understand each other at times, they went out of their way to help. The room was a good size and when checking for bed bugs did not find anything and was pleased to see the mattress looked very clean. Overall the room/hotel were very clean which made the stay more relaxing, they have on site wash/dryer and it was a great amenity. I was traveling solo and got back late to my room a few times and did not feel unsafe at any point, it was a nice quiet area where there were People still walking around and it’s about an 8 minute walk from the nearest station. This is a great hotel that I will recommend and will definitely stay if I’m ever in the area again.

Great location near Kinshicho JR station. Good amount of dining and shopping options nearby. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Western style shower with no bathtub (at least in my room) My only complaint would be the pillows made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably most nights.

Though the area is not very close to the popular travel destinations, the closest subway station has direct train to almost everywhere which is very convenient. This is at least 5 th times I stay there. It is my go to hotel in Tokyo. Staff are very attentive and professional. They attend you above and beyond. The hotel itself is always clean It is compact hotel yet every thing you need is there. Transportation is great. You can do anywhere from Kinshicho station so many great eats out and shopping there

Third time. Staying there. The service of staff is excellent. Very convenient location. One can go anywhere from Kinshicho station. The property is very clean and well thought for traveling needs. The hotel seemed a bit chintzy at first, but the bathrooms were REALLY nice. **Positive: *The toilet was high-tech; the shower was FABULOUS. It had rainfall panel in the ceiling which was LOVELY, as well as a showerhead and doors that opened inward (so you don't drip the floor while getting a towel, assuming it's hanging on the door. *Pretty nice AC & air filter. *Neutral: *When I first arrived, the place had me nervous for a moment. Turns out I just needed to press a button to use the intercom and someone opened the door for me; after that, my keycard opened the front door. *There was a vending machine on the 1st floor, although it was priced for "a small surcharge for the convenience of not walking outside to one of the dozen or so vending machines within a 30meter radius of the hotel. *There was coin laundry but I didn't use it. The dryer was a "pay per 10min," which is rarely a good sign. **Negatives: *No temperature control in the mini-fridge that I could find; drinks were far from cold. *I groped around behind the TV until I found some HDMI input and plugged in my Switch; alas, the TV didn't show it, no matter what input I tried (or which HDMI input I plugged in into. This is a far cry from other hotels (ie. APA) bending over backwards to make their HDMI inputs more convenient to use. *Room cleaning was every 2 days; I scheduled it for 1:30pm, and at 9:40am (on the 1st cleaning day) someone came into my room while I was on the toilet. Communication, people!
