Very clean ! Enjoyed the amenities and helpfulness of the staff. Very good selection on buffet breakfast. My family enjoyed all the various foods. Only item , we didn’t like was the super firm bed and pillows. We were not used to firm mattress. But every else was very good.

Room was small but very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, an easy walk to Ginza and Tokyo tower. There was a variety of dining options close by. The area has good transport close by. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel offered bottled water each day and very generous with toiletries, wonderful service.

This was a great hotel and a great stay. The hotel was nice ane comfortable. The room was slightly bigger than the other places I've stayed. The amenities were nice and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to my next stay.
