Convenient location for Haneda Airport, but the stay was disappointing. I was charged for early check-in and then assigned a room on the second floor, which does not appear to be a designated guest-room floor. The elevator area and corridors were unclean, with dirty towel baskets and other items left out. Staff were also unfriendly and unwelcoming. Good location, but cleanliness and service need significant improvement.

My family of four spent the last night of our Japan trip here in order to be close to Haneda airport. The staff were friendly, accommodating and the room was clean. It was also relatively close to many things including Tokyo Station and the Yakult Swallows field. a couple of great coffee and bakery shops just down the street. It perfectly suited our needs.

great location and this room provided the most space of all of our various accommodations. It was still a bit tight for 4--given our kids are teenagers. But the accommodation was great in terms of location, and cost for size/amenities in such a great location. Highly recommend.

Family room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Very clean and well kept, as is the entire hotel. Hamamatsu Cho station is a short walk, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores in the area. Breakfast is quite good, with traditional Japanese breakfast dishes and a variety of pastries served. Oh, and the coffee is so good!

The hotel location wasn’t too bad, about 7 minute walk to the stations. But the rooms are super narrow. Almost felt like I was in a cruise room. The amenities were ok. I especially appreciated that they had all the basic skin products for women, and even had toothbrush, comb, bath sponge, and shaver readily available daily. Staffs were very helpful and spoke English. They had good breakfast buffet.
