I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There's a restaurant inside the hotel, though I didn’t dine there since I had other reservations. A convenient 7-Eleven is attached to the building, which was great for quick snacks and essentials. The location is excellent—just a couple of minutes' walk to the shopping district in Ginza. Would definitely consider staying again.

Stayed here with my daughter in May. The best location! The only thing is that the room was really small and we had to share a bed. ! I definitely would recommend this hotel and would stay here again! It had a 7 eleven attached for our nightly ice cream and so many cafes and restaurants within walking distance! It was walking distance from everything and it was clean and that’s all I needed!

Well located in Ginza, amazing shopping and restaurants and easy access to transportation. Hotel is clean and very reasonable in price especially for Ginza. The staff made us feel welcome and at home.

We booked the Premier Twin Room and it was very big considering the small hotel sizes in Tokyo. The two beds side by side made it look like we had a huge King size bed. The staff was wonderful. They let us know about the AC maintenance way in advance before we even arrived in Japan. The hotel has a 7-11 on the first floor attached to the building which is open 24/7 which is very convenient. The hotel is within 5 minutes of Ginza 6 and many shopping areas.

This was an absolutely perfect hotel for our stay in Tokyo. It was in a great location close to shops and restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The hotel itself has very friendly and helpful staff. The room, although small, was extremely well appointed with everything you needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. We opted for the rate that included breakfast and it was delicious. Lots of variety and the quality of the food was excellent. If I find myself in Tokyo again, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

Even though this hotel is in Ginza walking distance from the popular shopping malls and stores (Shiseido flagship, Muji, Uniqlo, Donki, etc), it's located on a smaller side street that was quiet and not too busy. We were able to walk to Tsukiji fish market too and easily bus and train everywhere else. Hotel staff were amazing and so helpful. The hotel breakfast was also one of our best meals in Tokyo.
