Good accommodation, by Tokyo standards. The Deluxe Single Room was large enough for 2 adults and 2 large suitcases. In case this information is needed, the bed size (“large twin”) is about 1.5 the regular North American twin size, which allowed 2 relatively fit people to get a good night sleep.

立地は凄く良かったです。スタッフの対応も良いです。 ただお部屋の壁に埃が溜まっていたり、換気口の所がめちゃくちゃ誇り溜まっていて、たまには清掃したほうがいいのではないかと思いました。 洗面台のオーバーフローの所が真っ黒だったので、歯ブラシで清掃しておきました。 日々の業務で忙しいのは理解できます。週に一回とか決めて清掃しないとではないかなと思います。
