The room was very clean and had the bonus of a kettle and fridge. The bathroom was compact and well-stocked. However, the room was incredibly small for two people and there is little space for handing clothes/suitcases. The hotel was also not able to provide more than one key card which made arrangements more difficult.

This place kinda blew. It's in a decent location, 12 minute walk from Shin-Osaka station or 15 minute walk to Shinjuku station on the Yamanote Line. It was really nice to have a 7/11 next door as well. However, the staff are not helpful. You go to the counter to check in with the two front desk people who are sitting there and they send you to a machine to check in. Not a big deal but it rubbed me the wrong way. Also someone was smoking cigs in the hallway, I told the front desk and they did not care at all. I also went to the front desk to ask to borrow an iron and it didnt even work. It's Japan so yeah the room is tiny, but they provided pillows thinner than a single soba noodle. They also have the most uncomfortable beds of all time so be prepared for back pain. Could be worse though I guess. It was peak time for tourism (Sakura season) but $160 a night booked months ahead feels like a rip-off given everything I listed above.
