Great location above all, near trendy neighborhood with an awesome vibe. Hotel is clean & staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a bit dated and tired. This place was great! Rooms are a little small but clean. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Walking distance to everything like Yoyogi Park & Shibuya scramble. The only downside is there’s no baggage delivery service here. The friendly staff was very easy to work with. Another plus for my family and I is that there are two cherry blossom trees at the little park which I’ll share pictures. It’s right across the hotel and they bloomed earlier than the other trees in this area.

For location you can't get much better. Short walk to Shibuya Crossing and station. Wifi is terrible and constantly cuts in and out. Rooms are small and basic. I know firmer beds are preferred in many asian countries but these are not comfortable.

Up a bit of a hill in Shibuya so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, great cafe upstairs. Small room but great staff, the older gentleman (manager) went out of his way to order us a taxi and help us with our luggage in the pouring rain (5 hrs after we had checked out).
