Great little room that despite its small size had everything I needed! Fantastic location with amazing coffee shops and konbini steps away. Easy to walk to the craziness of Shibuya, Yoyigo Park, Meiji Jinju or Harajuku. Incredibly quiet for a good sleep too.

The staff uis awesome and so helpful! I just wish there were better washer and dryers. I enjoyed the cost but wish there was one more set. Also I wish there was a better air conditioning system like central air or the ability to go lower than 23 celsius. Other than that the price, the location and the staff were awesome! I can wait to come back!

The hotel location was great. I be honest, I got lost getting there when getting off the train station but after 20 mins found the hotel. Convenient location, short walk to Shibuya shopping areas and transportation. One of the things I love is that we have an Family Mart across the hotel open 24 hrs. Near by coffee shop right on Kitaya Park. The rooms are not that big. The one I booked had 2 beds but the space is limited. If you have a big multiple carry on you will struggle. The only thing that was a little of the downside was the room has this little smell of moisture. Not sure if it was just that room, but overall it was ok.

Great place to stay. Room is little small for north american standard, but ok. Mattresses are good. Our room had a balcony which was huge plus. Washroom nice and clean. No smells. Lack of light in the room, other than that no complaints. Cafe there has good quality food. Little robot meeting us at cafe door made our day. There are two of them. Would recommend the place.

Great location above all, near trendy neighborhood with an awesome vibe. Hotel is clean & staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a bit dated and tired. However, I noticed this hotel has a very high volume rate because of its location, that being said it’s not a big compromise. I would stay here again, definitely
