A very friendly pleasant helpful staff with desire to take care of each guest at this cozy Japanese hotel. It was nice to have a shuttle bus to/from Haneda airport. Breakfast was wonderful.

Not what was described, my husband and I could barely fit in the room, the bed was very hard and the pillows would get hard and sink, no room to move around, and the bed was very poorly allocated, my husband had to crawl over me to get out. It is not centrical so we had to spend alot on transportation as everything was far, airport transportation is only after 5:20pm, before that, you have to arrive on your own, and the breakfast was miso, curry, rice and bread, nothing else, if you are looking for a pitstop hotel close to the airport or cruise terminal, this is fine, but not for more than 1 or maybe 2 nights. Personel was nice, hard to comunicate with, but nice and helpfull.

Somewhat inferior accommodation for an Inn close to a major international airport. - The diverter for the shower head was not functioning so we had to bathe in the bathtub using a bucket early morning prior to our flight. The television has no English language programming. When we requested an additional towel the staff told us it would cost a additional 100 yen ( a pittance) which we refused to pay on principle.
