Location was great, quiet and near convenience stores and restaurants. It is about a 20-minute Uber or commute to Shibuya. The property has all the amenities you will need for basic stay, like laundry and kitchen utensils + microwave and such. We were here for 3 days and had a great stay.

We spent four night here and the room and amenities were very clean and well located. A very short level walk to nearest station and short train ride to Shinjuku. Very easy to get around from here. The room was ideal for our family of four and we would stay here again when visiting Tokyo. Lovely quiet neighbourhood with local food options across street and nearby.

This was no frills place to stay while in Tokyo. It was a good location close to a train station and bus stop. Highly recommended. Note you have to climb a short flight of stairs to get to the elevator.

Google can give problematic directions from the hotel location but if you use the nearest station, Nakano Fujimicho, then its a quick train ride anywhere. Property overall was decent and the price was excellent especially if you are traveling with family. Would stay here again.

My family and I stayed for a whole week here and it was amazing they responded to my requests super fast, it was spacious for a family of five. The room is big enough for a family of 5. Location is good - only one bus ride to Shibuya. I am happy with the amenities. It would have been nice if a dryer is included but I am not complaining. Smooth check in and check out process. Definitely recommended.

The washing machine was a great perk, and the location was super convenient with mini markets and a train station nearby. The bus stop is located directly across the street, and the train station is an 8-minute walk away. If you don't mind using public transportation, this location is perfect for you. We traveled all around Tokyo, and if you're familiar with Google Maps, you'll be able to easily catch the bus right in front of the lobby.

Room was fine, no space for luggage except for under beds or closet. No dryer so if you’re planning on washing, do it two days before because it will take that amount of time for clothes to dry. Would’ve appreciated an early notice on the 9:00pm quietness/downtime in the Rules and Regulations. My family and I love to play cards and laugh but were worried we would get reported. Otherwise it’s a nice place, great cafes and close to train stations.
