The room was great and on the 10th floor overlooking the Japanese garden, so we were able to enjoy the cherry blossoms as well as the city view during our stay. The breakfast buffet was fine but the staff did not replenish the coffee cups in a timely manner. The shuttle service between the Prince Hotels was great!

This is my favorite place to stay in Tokyo. Beautiful gardens and qiuet. Way more than a business hotels, even major international ones. The teppanyaki reatuarant on the grounds should not be missed.

Fantastic experience, my wife ran the Tokyo Marathon in March so we stayed here for 8 nights. Everything was perfect, clean room perfect housekeeping everyday, easy access to breakfast and 7 eleven inside the hotel, even the location was just a 15 minutes train ride to the busier districts. I would definitely stay at Grand Prince Takanawa again.

The grand prince hotel is actually 3 hotels in one. Connected by a beautiful Japanese style garden you can walk between and use the amenities of all three hotels. The food is a little on the pricy side but I’d recommend you try one of them at least once. We got a free gift with Expedia to try their sauna but they aren’t tattoo friendly.
