The room was in immaculate condition, the outdoor shrine was exquisite, and the staff were exceptional and spoke English very well. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

Not only the entire staff was superb but the hotel sits on the beautiful Japanese garden. We enjoyed the strolls in the garden in the morning and evening. Bonus was a shuttle bus ride to Shinagawa station and to the hotel.

Staff is friendly. Rooms are nice with good amenities. Gym is inadequate. Club lounge food quality is very good but could use a little more selections. Location near Shinagawa station is convenient despite the construction in the area.
