Hotel and its staff were great. Really really efficient and helpful and beautiful smell throughout hotel and super clean! Shame you have to pay to use the pool but also amazing massage staff. Close to train station and not far by taxi to all central tourist attractions! Would recommend! I would stay here again!

Generally ok, a little dated, and staff wasn’t too enthusiastic. All restarts ya close around 9, so plan for that if arriving late. Gym is an extra 2200 yen per use per person, disappointed for that. Nice location

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed, staff was friendly and very helpful and the breakfast options were plentiful, fresh and tasty. The bus station is located right outside the front door, which made for very convenient connection to the metro.

I love how they clean the room every day and the breakfast almost have the same menu every morning, but still it’s good. The place is clean and you are close by restaurants and shopping in daiba.
