The hotel lobby was on the fifth floor. Not the hotel’s fault; I just don’t recall being told that. Not a big deal. Bigger room than usual for Tokyo. Very helpful staff, lively neighbourhood with lots of interesting restaurants. Not too far from the subway either.

There are less than usual choice of breakfast cafe at the nearby area within 5 mins of walking distance. There are some good breakfast cafe like Hoshino and Komeda. However it either open at 11am or located a bit far of 10 mons walking disctance.
