We are a party of 6. I appreciated that this hotel could accommodate all of us together. The kids really enjoyed their stay and they thought the beds were very comfortable to sleep on! The staff is the sweetest (Yu-San and MoMo San). THANK YOU for a wonderful stay!

We were very happy with the exceptional services provided by East Square Tokyo. We would like to give a shout-out to Yu, for his warm welcoming, giving us Christmas goodie bag to explaining the hotel and room's amenities, helping us make restaurant reservation (loved the Yakiniku restaurant Yu recommended) and assistance on the baggage delivery service. We want to thank Daria too for the very last min baggage changes and updates provided. Plus point for us is the washer/dryer provided in the room and lift service. The area was great to explore and we like the curry buns and donuts from Cattlea.

We absolutely loved East Square from the first second we were greeted by the most friendly and professional team. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, and offered a variety of nice little extras (like pyjamas). We really enjoyed our stay there.
