Breakfast was awesome, traditional Japanese with a slight twist of western; the onsen and sauna though small but sufficient, definitely a treat to relaxation, on top of that with free ice cream and yogurt drink. Then the late night ramen a very nice touch. Except for the super slow elevator and AC a bit loud, overall the stay was over my expectations.

Very nice clean hotel with bilingual staff. Free ramen from 21:30h. Also nice onsen. The room was quite large enough for two people for sure. Overall can't complain. Great location, easy to take skyliner to Narita.

Rooms was very modern and clean and larger than some other hotels in Japan. Onsen was nice, both outdoor and indoor options. Location is fantastic, lots of shopping ans food in a 5 min walk, also very good transit connections especially for Narita airport. Be aware only one elevator in building so sometimes a bit of a wait.

This was our 2nd Dormy inn. Very disappointing because our room was very small. This is typical in Japan but our other Dormy was larger. Our hall light never went off so I needed to unscrew the lightbulb in order to turn the lights out to sleep. I’m very familiar with Japanese and international hotels so the issue was not with the key card, light switches, etc. Also, our air conditioning worked okay but it was dripping water all night making noise. I placed a cup under so it would catch the water but it was very loud. It literally dripped all night. The onsen was okay. Clean but not great, older and very used. The sauna was nice and hot. I would not come back here. Staff were nice but didn’t do anything for a bad night.

The amenities are absolutely incredible, the staff are kind and accommodating, the room is small but cozy. The location is superb being right out of shopping streets and so close to Ueno Station and Ueno Park. Fantastic place that I would love to stay again!
