The hotel is located in a very convenient location. There is a variety of various restaurants nearby. Skyliner is only about 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Laundry is free with detergent.

The amenities are absolutely incredible, the staff are kind and accommodating, the room is small but cozy. The location is superb being right out of shopping streets and so close to Ueno Station and Ueno Park. Fantastic place that I would love to stay again!

Good as always: * Location close to Okachimachi and Ueno stations for JR lines, and multiple subway lines. Many shops and restaurants within a 5 min walk. * Good breakfast with hot rice, natto, salads, scrambled eggs, homemade onigiri and more * Onsen on 12th floor although it is overcrowded if more than 3 people in there at once Bad: * Pillows too hard to sleep on. Last time I went to Reception they said they had no different pillows so I ended up just sleeping without * 1 lift for all floors which usually takes a while to arrive

Great amenities. The hot spring is a big bonus. They adjusted the hot spring hours to accommodate people traveling during new year. Very considerate! They also offer free snack, late night ramen. My stay was amazing!

Rooms were small. Got stuck in a smoking room with a small bed even though we booked for 3 people. They didn't have a futon to lend us either. But we made it work. 3 of us just had to cram in to a double bed. Bathing facility was small as well but clean and functional. Overall staff was nice and we had a good experience. The hotel location is gold. Its unbeatable. It's in the heart of one of the liveliest area. Walk out and in a few steps there are tons of food and shopping. Also like 2 min walk to the closest station. Will stay here again.

Convenient transportation around, easy to and from the airport. Just next to loads of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful. The onsen definitely made us to stay next time. Cons : the room was very small, but I think it's pretty much usual in Japan
