Clean room and onsen. The location was nice and quiet. Good breakfast options. Also walking distance to a donki that's not extremely busy with tourists like the one in shibuya. The only caveat for me was they don't offer luggage delivery to my next destination but staff did instruct me to use the Lawson right next to the hotel to mail my luggage.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Dormy Inn Korakuen and look forward to staying here again! The room was clean, staff was very polite and helpful, onsen was relaxing, and breakfast was fresh and delicious every day. There were plenty of washer and dryers to use for laundry and having the manga room to wait in was a nice touch. Free late night ramen and popsicles were also fun.

Stayed here 5 nights. The onsen was great and the free midnight ramen was a nice touch — definitely the highlights. The room was quite small, which is expected in Tokyo, but not being able to open a window made it feel stuffy and uncomfortable at times. Breakfast was not worth the 2,000 yen per person, which is why I cancelled it after the first day. Also worth noting for international travelers — if you make changes to your booking, currency exchange differences on refunds and recharges will leave you paying more overall, which was frustrating. After I cancelled my breakfast, I ended up paying much more than if I haven't made any changes. The staff does not speak English but they are polite and use a portable translator, so you can get by. Overall, decent stay for the amenities, but a few things would make me think twice before booking again.
