Clean, efficient, small room comes with bath tub. Self service laundry machines were really helpful during the hot summer travel. I liked the breakfast very much, they provided Japanese, Western (including Italian food), variety of roasted vegetables which I deserve when I am traveling. The location is excellent, not far from Shinbashi station, easy access from both Haneda airport and Narita Airport.

World-class staff and incredible service!The front desk team at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Shinbashi provided the best service we’ve ever experienced. They safely kept our luggage for nearly two weeks while we were on a cruise. To top it off, when we returned, they surprised my wife with a thoughtful birthday gift for her upcoming birthday! They are incredibly warm, professional, and friendly to the max. 10/10 service

Staff was extremely attentive at every interaction we had with them even though we were not at the hotel that often during our stay. They gave recommendations for anything we enquired about too. Extensive array of amenities available in case you forgot anything. Hotel was unbelievably quiet too! Rooms were small but extremely efficient and beds were very comfortable. Located near the Shimbashi train station gave us access to nearly every location in Tokyo via the train system. Highly recommend!

Lobby at 2nd floor is front desk with very helpful and friendly staff. We frequent the amenities counter daily - stocked with all basics including bath powder, toothbrush and paste, razor, hair clip and band etc. there’s something for everyone. Cafe machine here gets utilized a lot too. Room layout works. Twin size beds are doable. Pillow is not too comfy/firm but blanket and bed is comfortable. Heated toilet seat! A plus to have. Shower head pressure jets are strong and water steamy hot. Very comfortable stay. Very quiet and no noise. Laundry machine works well.

This hotel is super great located. Shimbashi station is right there with all the restaurants and bars and also you can walk to Ginza to all the nice shopping. Rooms are tiny. Me and my husband are chubby so we had to let one pass to move to a side of the room because the space is super limited. Keeps you organized !
