We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Clean room, helpful and courteous staff. Clean towels every day, bath robes, pajamas provided. Closed to all amenities. This hotel was a good first stay on our first few nights in Tokyo. It’s so close to Shimbashi station there is actually an underground tunnel in the hotel that takes you there. The neighborhood is quieter than some others but there are wonderful eateries nearby under the train tracks. Excellent and helpful staff, a big beautiful comfortable room and lots of amenities.
