The rooms were bigger than the usual rooms in Japan. Definitely worth the money. Parking is also easy - can fit a 10-seat van no problem

It’s a clean hotel a little bit old but its perfect cost performance Theres a 7eleven around the corner with a metro station a few steps ahead. In front of the ryogoku station there’s restaurants.

Coming from the US I was looking for a hotel that was big enough to accommodate our whole family in one room and our many luggage, we really enjoyed the nice view and spacious room in this hotel and how it was less than a minute walk to the subway station. It was a very quiet neighborhood as well so it was wonderful to walk around yet close enough to busier street full of restaurants if we just walk about 8 minutes.

Good value for money

Location is great - very close to the metro line that we used the most. The room was fine with a city and tower view, huge window, relatively spacious bathroom, pyjamas, coffee table and a desk, small fridge, air conditioning etc. Downward was the smell of an old apartment in our room. The last day we also got a not fully clean towel with something stuck in it (probably, it didn’t get off during washing). Some supplementaries are offered for free by reception (tea bags, razors, hair brush etc.) which is good in terms of sustainability. The biggest disappointment was the service at check-in - we arrived before the check-in time and were only suggested to store the luggage at the luggage room and wait in the lobby, so not even a payable option of early check-in. We had literally to sleep in the lobby after 14 hours flight.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were so friendly and professional. There was a great view from our room, which was gorgeous at night.vending machines Pros: right beside Ryogoku station, lots of convenience and grocery shop near by. Lovely restaurant on premises. Shower had excellent pressure. Asakusa only 15 minute walk away with the best views. Cons: beds were hard, which is what we aren’t use to and only came with very small pillow. We did ask for another pillow day 2, which staff kindly delivered to our room.

It is located right from Haneda Airport to Exit A1 of Ryogoku Station on the Oedo Subway Line via Hamamatsucho, and has good transportation access. The hotel was located near the Ryogoku Kokugikan, which was very convenient for watching the sumo wrestling match on foot. There is a very good restaurant on the first floor, and both lunch and dinner are delicious, and the cost performance is good. We used the Superior Twin, but the height of the ceiling, the size, and the view were good for us because we were tall. The comfort of the chairs in the room and the armrests are still one and there is room for improvement.

Stayed two nights. The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from the JR Ryogoku Station (Chubu Line), two stops from Akihabara and the Yamanote Line. Plenty of small restaurants near this station. There is a subway station much closer to the hotel, but I didn't use it. Easy check in. Had a comfortable room on the 18th floor with a nice view. My only suggestion to the manager would be to implement some kind of eco program. In this regard, there is no need to clean the room and replace towels and sheets every day; at least give the customer the option to opt out of such wasteful cleaning, as most other hotels do these days. Thanks!

The hotel was comfortable and generally clean, the bathroom floor could have been cleaner. I was hoping for the double bed away from the wall as it made it more difficult to get in and out of bed when it is shared - access from both sides of the bed would have been more convenient. The room was comfortable and wished it had more outlets with usb charging. Great location next to the train station and places to eat within walking distance. The seven eleven store next door was very handy. I did not like that we could not leave our luggage before check in time which meant I had to wait in the lobby until the official check in time. This was not great but could have been worse, as I only had to wait just under an hour. Other hotels accept your luggage and you can come back later for the official check in process and obtain your room key etc. but not this one as I was not the only one waiting in the lobby. Staff were professional and friendly as well.
