Good location - Less than 5mins walk to train station. Cannot keep luggage after check out - however I saw other Japanese customer can. Only 2 washing machine.

Located opposite Exit 40 (right under the Rakuen building) of Ikebukuro Station, which itself a convenient transport node for our day trips to Kawagoe and Kamakura. Surrounded by many retail shops and eateries, and a 7-11 right at the ground floor of the hotel. Serves great breakfast. Should try the soufflé pancakes.
