It's quite conveniently located. The property, however, is not befitting of the Marriott brand name. The rooms were sparsely furnished and paled in comparison to the Osaka counterpart. E.g., no bathroom scale, no back-rub towel.

​An exceptional stay overall. I stayed here for 5 days on a solo business trip, and while the rooms are compact, the top-tier hospitality and execution made it a standout experience. ​Service: The service here is truly amazing across the board—every single staff member from the front desk to housekeeping was super friendly, attentive, and proactive. The seamless service carried through from check-in to check-out, and even after check-out. At one point, the front desk team even went out of their way to get me a hot soy latte from downstairs. (Pro tip: Don’t forget to ask the front desk about their complimentary coffee service—I unfortunately forgot to take advantage of it for most of my stay!) ​Rooms: I stayed in their entry-level room (around 16 sqm). For a solo traveler, it is cozy but very efficiently laid out. It is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and fitted with a double bed, a small chair, and a tiny table. However, if you need a proper study/work desk for business, it’s best to upgrade to the next room category. For two people, this room size would be very tight and really only suitable for sleeping and showering. ​Value & Overall: For the price point, the rooms are on the smaller side compared to surrounding Japanese business hotel chains like Mitsui Garden or Daiwa Roynet. However, the superior service, international standard, and attentive staff more than make up for the space difference. Highly recommended for solo business travelers.
