The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was very well run, extremely friendly and helpful by all the staff. The breakfast is basic but has everything I needed. Good location with a short walk to Shinjuku but far enough away that it's quiet at night. Local station was about a 5 minute walk which takes you straight to Tokyo main station.

A short metro ride and walk from Shinjuku station, the property is nicely outside the busy downtown area. The park and metro entrance are a few minutes away by foot. The rooms were clean enough but some details were overlooked. The breakfast buffet was tasty and convenient at a decent price and allergy information was displayed for each item. The staff was nice but pushed their rewards plan a bit too hard on check-in for this weary traveler.
