The nicest most friendly staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, couldn’t do enough for you & always smiling. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the train stations & the shopping area in Shinjuku & the Golden Gai area with all the bars is right next to the hotel. Excelente •••••••• 5 star The hotel is well-located ( just to couple of blocks to metro station, in fact very short walk to shinjuku station). Also down stairs there is a convenient store as well as good restaurants . The rooms are tiny but functional and clean. We had a room on the 7th floor with street view.Staff are incredibly very helpful and kind. In general this hotel has more in favour than against it.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times so they must good. It is 10 mins walk from Shinjuku stn east exit. The rooms are slightly larger than some other similar priced japan hotels. There is space to open cases and store clothes. Good breakfast buffet.
